Michael L. Zosky is an Associate Attorney with the Law Office of Janet L. Brewer. His focus is preparing estate and business planning documents, including special needs trusts; drafting petitions for probates and trust administrations; researching complex legal questions pertaining to trusts and estates; and counseling clients regarding estate planning options.
Earlier, Michael was a Law Clerk at Temmerman, Cilley & Kohlmann in San Jose. His work included preparing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and durable powers; assisting in the administration of trusts and conservatorships; drafting petitions and other court pleadings; communicating with clients and opposing counsel regarding case status and other matters; and reviewing existing estate plans, entity appraisals, operating agreements and medical records.
Before Temmerman, he served the Law Office of Jan Cummins in Palo Alto. There his role included drafted estate planning documents; performing legal research on matters including conservatorships and estate tax; and preparing documents and forms to petition for conservatorship.
Michael has been a resident of Los Altos and the South Bay for most of his life. He is a member of the California Bar Association, the Trusts & Estates section of the California Bar, and the Silicon Valley Bar Association. He holds a J.D. from the Santa Clara University School of Law and a B.A. with honors from San Jose State University.
